2. What we collect

Booking data you provide: name, phone number, messenger handle (Telegram/WhatsApp/Zalo), preferred language, and your appointment details.

Health notes (contraindications / restrictions) only if you choose to share them, so we can deliver the service safely.

Technical data: cookies and analytics identifiers (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica) and marketing parameters (utm_*, gclid, fbclid) — set only after you accept the cookie banner.

3. Why we use it

To create and manage your booking, contact you about your appointment, ensure a safe and high-quality service, and — with your consent — measure site traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising.

4. Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given via the checkbox on the booking form and the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8).

5. Health data

Contraindication notes are a sensitive category. They are used solely to provide the service safely and are accessible only to the spa's administrators and managers — never to other staff or third parties.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Zalo) to contact you and analytics processors (Google, Yandex) for site statistics. Your booking data stays within the spa.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us at boss@wasiliiwoitz.com or through any of the messengers above.

9. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you accept the cookie banner; you can decline and still use the site.
